-淮山(Chinese Yam) 40g
-枸杞子(Goji Berries) 20g
-紅棗(Red Dates) 20g
-當歸(Angelica Sinensis) 15g
-冬菇(Shiitake Mushroom) 10g
Step 1: Soak dried mushrooms for 30 minutes before cooking. Optional: Clean, blanch and add chicken or pork(not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stock pot, add 1.5 Liter of water and boil on high heat.
Step 3: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 3 hours, season with salt.
