-姬松茸(Blazei Brazilian Cap Mushroom) 30g
-牛肝菌(Porcini Mushroom) 20g
-白花菇(White Flower Mushroom) 30g
-蓮子(Lotus Seeds) 30g
-枸杞(Goji Berries) 20g
-百合(Lily Root Bulb) 30g
Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Optional: Blanch and add lean meat or pork rib (not included).
Step 2: With all the ingredients in a stock pot, add 1.5 liter of water and boil on high heat.
Step 3: Switch to medium to low heat and simmer for about 2 hours, season with salt.
